BIS Salamis | David Hebert, Corp. Secretary/Treasurer & Finiancial Cont.

David Hebert is a multi-talented business professional who fills a number of integral roles at BIS Salamis, Inc. A results-oriented Certified Public Accountant, he is responsible for directing the company’s overall administrative and financial policy and personnel. In addition, he has full responsibility for strategic financial planning, annual budgets and forecasts, cash management, insurance/risk management, external and internal audits, tax planning, MIS and miscellaneous administrative functions.

Mr. Hebert’s professional strengths include outstanding PC/spreadsheet skills, as well as excellent multi-tasking and organizational aptitude. He possesses a great deal of experience in business plan development, cash flow management, performance reporting, business support, financial analysis, capital project analysis, financial work out agreements and multi-million-dollar budgeting.

Mr. Hebert is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Masters Degree in Business Administration/Health Care Administration as well as a BSBA in Accounting. He is also a Karrass School of Negotiation graduate and a Human Dynamics Uncommon Leadership graduate. His professional memberships include the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to being a CPA, he is also a commissioned Notary Public.

Mr. Hebert also served in the United States Army from 1986 – 1989 and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. He received a Good Conduct Medal, Overseas Service Medal, multiple Achievement Medals and a Meritorious Service Medal.
